We wanted to enjoy a delicious ice cream in beautiful surroundings on Sunday. We were told by not very friendly staff that there are no more fruits, most of the ice is out and therefore most of the much too expensive sundaes cannot be ordered. Half of the ordered two scoops of ice cream came to the table. To top it all off, there were two coffees on the bill that were neither ordered nor consumed. Conclusion: outside, inside inside.

Nice ambience, but sometimes a bit rough operation. Unfortunately, ice was sometimes interspersed with water crystals. So in need of improvement.

Very nice location in the beautiful castle park, the tables are very chic on the meadow. The sundaes are very nicely arranged and taste good. The service was a bit short, otherwise a very fine shop

The park is really nice and well maintained (if you could rate it separately he would get 3-4 stars) Now the negative: The offered ice cream (in the waffle) will not do justice to its expensive price! Taste is relative, but if you pay so much money for a scoop of ice cream, you do not want to have ice crystal balls in it and it should at least taste like the given variety ... Sorry but if we come back then it's just for a picnic ..

We had been looking forward to a delicious ice cream, because that is advertised on the Internet, unfortunately, was not on the homepage that the owners are on vacation, so we took a relatively large detour in vain, a pity.

Nice location in the park but service is unmotivated and rude. The ice cream was delicious in places, but also completely crystallized in between. Just cold. Ordered ice, got wrong variety. So complained and the "new" sundae the wrong ball was removed and just another "clapped"
